How nojetlag.io works

Every time you cross time zones, your internal clock — the circadian rhythm — falls out of sync with the local one. Symptoms follow: broken sleep, foggy afternoons, digestive noise, mood dips.

nojetlag.io asks four questions: where you fly from, where you fly to, and your local departure and arrival times. From there we compute the timezone shift, the compass heading, and whether your body needs to advance (eastward) or delay (westward).

You get a step-by-step protocol: when to seek daylight, when to darken the room, when to stop drinking coffee, and when to eat. Follow it in the days before departure and during the first days at destination.

It is not medicine. It is applied chronobiology, distilled from the same research airline crews and Olympic teams have used for decades.
